12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The parties waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be permanently barred.
